Delivery

We get orders ready to send within 7–15 business days of your order.

Delivery then usually takes a further 10–20 days, depending on where you are.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order is going to take significantly longer than this, we'll contact you — and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of it arriving, for any reason.

In most cases you won't need to post anything back. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out from there.

Refunds

Refunds go back to whatever you paid with.

We issue approved refunds within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to show it.

Sometimes a partial refund is the quickest fix — if something arrived with a small flaw but is still usable, we may offer you money back and let you keep it. You're always free to decline and ask for a full resolution instead.

If something's wrong with your order

If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please tell us within 3 days of it arriving, and send a photo if you can.

Getting in touch quickly genuinely matters — it's what lets us replace or refund it for you without any fuss. If your order hasn't arrived at all, contact us and we'll chase it up.
